White Metal Resources (TSX-V:WHM)

Engaged in exploration in Canada, particularly within the provinces of Ontario and Newfoundland. Currently, the main focus is on its 100% owned Gunners Cove Gold Property located 20 km north of St. Anthony on the Northern Peninsula of Newfoundland. The Gunners Cove Property is a new precious metals discovery with no previous work completed other than selective grab samples collected during previous limited prospecting programs. Elevated precious and base metal mineralization is associated with pyrite-rich accumulations/nodules in graphitic argillaceous black shale. Selective grab samples have returned assay values as high as 5.86 g/t gold, 8.0 g/t silver, 0.13% copper, and 375 ppm molybdenum. The style of mineralization at the Gunners Cove Property is very unique and is quite possibly the only project of its kind in Canada, with anomalous gold, silver and base metals, in this type of geological environment.

Stroud Resources (TSX-V:SRD)

Stroud Resource’s mission is to create shareholder value through the exploration and discovery of precious metal deposits. It has previously focused on an easily accessible, epithermal gold and silver projects in Mexico and Archean gold deposits in Canada. The Company entered a difficult period following the steady decline in base metal prices during 2013 and the sudden and unexpected passing of George Coburn, its Founder and CEO, in December of 2013. Over the next three years, the Board of Directors stabilized the Company and reaffirmed the vision to move its Mexican Santo Domingo Silver Project towards production. Today, the Company is excited to unearth the potential of this epithermal silver-gold property located in Jalisco, Mexico. Previous workings, sampling and drilling done on the property give preliminary indications that Santo Domingo is a very large silver target. A new NI 43-101 Technical Report and Mineral Resource Estimation has confirmed a significant deposit on the property. The potential for high grade silver to be found at depth seems highly likely considering the property has never been explored beyond 150 metre depths using modern technology. The Santo Domingo Silver Property in Mexico is 100% owned by Stroud, and Net Smelter Return Royalties are less than US$3,500,000.
